1. Products Covered
Miotots Education Private Limited may offer physical and/or digital educational products, including worksheets, learning materials, activity products, children's educational products and other related items.
The return and refund eligibility of a product depends on whether the product is a physical product or a digital product.
2. Returns and Replacements for Physical Products
We accept returns or replacement requests in the following situations:
- You received a product that is damaged or defective.
- You received a product that is different from the product you ordered.
- A product or part of your order is missing from the package.
- The product has been damaged during delivery to the extent that it is unusable.
If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete order, please contact us as soon as possible and preferably within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide:

- Photographs of the product and packaging
- A description of the issue
- An unboxing photograph or video
An unboxing video will help us investigate damage, missing items or tampering during transit. We may request additional information or photographs where necessary to assess the issue.
3. Conditions for Returning a Physical Product
Where a return is approved, the product should:
- Be unused and in the condition in which it was received;
- Be returned with its original packaging, labels, accessories and accompanying materials, where applicable; and
- Not have been damaged, altered, washed, used improperly or otherwise made unsuitable for resale.
Products that have been used, damaged after delivery, or altered by the customer may not be eligible for return or replacement.
Certain products may be excluded from return due to their nature, hygiene requirements, safety considerations or other applicable restrictions. Any such restrictions will be mentioned on the relevant product page wherever applicable.
4. Products That Cannot Be Returned
Unless the product is defective, damaged, incorrect or otherwise covered by this policy, we generally do not accept returns for:
- Products purchased by mistake;
- Change of mind;
- Products that are no longer required;
- Products damaged after delivery due to improper use, storage or handling; or
- Products that have been used or altered after delivery.
5. Digital Products and Downloadable Materials
Digital products, including downloadable worksheets, PDFs, activity sheets, educational resources and other electronically delivered products, are generally non-refundable once the product has been downloaded, accessed or delivered electronically.
Because digital products cannot be physically returned, a refund will generally not be provided for:
- Change of mind;
- Accidental purchase;
- Failure to review the product description before purchase; or
- Incompatibility with a device or software where the applicable requirements were clearly stated before purchase.
However, if you experience a genuine technical problem, such as receiving an incorrect file, a corrupted file or being unable to access a purchased digital product due to an issue on our side, please contact us. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue by providing a replacement file, access to the product or, where appropriate, a refund.
6. Cancellation of Orders
You may request cancellation of your order before it has been dispatched.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such cases, the order will be subject to the applicable return provisions of this policy.
To request cancellation, please contact us within 6 hours of placing order with your order number.
Miotots Education Private Limited reserves the right to cancel an order in circumstances including:
- The product being unavailable or out of stock;
- An incorrect price or product information being displayed due to a technical or human error;
- Suspected fraudulent or unauthorised transactions;
- Inability to deliver the order to the provided address; or
- Other circumstances where fulfilment of the order is not reasonably possible.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
7. Refunds
Once a return or refund request has been reviewed and approved, the refund will generally be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
The time taken for the refunded amount to appear in your bank account, card, UPI account or other payment method may depend on the payment provider or banking institution.
Miotots Education Private Limited is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways or other financial institutions after the refund has been initiated.
Where applicable, shipping charges may not be refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving an incorrect, damaged or defective product.
8. Replacement
Where a replacement is approved, we will make reasonable efforts to provide the same product.
Replacement is subject to product availability. If the same product is unavailable, we may offer an alternative solution, including a refund, at our discretion and in accordance with applicable law.
9. Return Shipping
If the return is required because we sent you an incorrect, damaged or defective product, Miotots Education Private Limited will determine the appropriate return shipping arrangement.
If a return is approved for any other reason, the applicable shipping costs, if any, will be communicated to you before the return is processed.
Customers should not send products back to us without first receiving return instructions from Miotots Education Private Limited.
10. Damaged or Tampered Packages
If your package appears to be visibly damaged, opened or tampered with at the time of delivery, please notify the delivery personnel where possible and contact us promptly.
Please retain:
- The product;
- The shipping package;
- Labels and packaging materials; and
- Photographs & videos showing the condition of the package.
This information may be required to investigate a delivery-related complaint.

12. Refunds for Failed or Undelivered Orders
If an order is successfully paid for but cannot be delivered due to circumstances attributable to Miotots Education Private Limited, and the order cannot reasonably be fulfilled or reshipped, we may issue a refund for the applicable amount paid by the customer.
If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address, repeated delivery attempts being unsuccessful, or other circumstances attributable to the customer, any refund or reshipping arrangement will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
