This Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions and procedures for cancelling an order placed on the MIOTOTS website. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms described below.

1. Order Cancellation Window

You may request cancellation of your order before it has been dispatched from our facility.

To request a cancellation, please contact our support team within 6 hours of placing your order, providing your Order Number and cancellation reason.

Once an order has been dispatched or handed over to our courier partner, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, the order will be governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

2. How to Request Cancellation

To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team directly using one of the following methods:

Please include the following details in your cancellation request:

• Customer Full Name
• Registered Email Address / Phone Number
• Reason for Cancellation

Our team will verify the order status and notify you whether the cancellation request has been approved.

3. Cancellation by Miotots Education Private Limited

Miotots Education Private Limited reserves the right to cancel any order under circumstances including, but not limited to:

• The product being out of stock or unavailable;
• Technical errors, pricing errors, or inaccurate product information displayed on the website;
• Suspected fraudulent, unauthorised, or suspicious transactions;
• Inability to obtain payment authorization or courier delivery limitations to the provided address; or
• Unforeseen operational or logistical constraints beyond our reasonable control.

If we cancel your order after payment has been received, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

4. Non-Cancellable & Non-Refundable Items

Certain items cannot be cancelled once processing has begun:

• Digital Products: Downloadable worksheets, printables, activity sheets, and educational digital downloads cannot be cancelled or refunded once accessed or delivered electronically.
• Personalised / Customised Products: Any customized or made-to-order educational kits once production or preparation has started.
• Dispatched Orders: Any order that has already been shipped.

5. Refund Process for Approved Cancellations

Upon approval of an eligible order cancellation:

• Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used during checkout.
• Refund initiation takes place promptly once the cancellation is confirmed by our team.
• The time taken for the refunded amount to reflect in your bank account, credit card, debit card, or UPI account depends on your issuing bank, financial institution, or payment gateway provider.
• Miotots Education Private Limited is not liable for processing delays caused by banking institutions or payment gateways once the refund has been initiated from our end.
